A mask to stimulate growth of new skin cells

A homemade facial mask with essential oils to stimulate the production of new skin cells is needed.

This will reduce fine lines and wrinkles on the skin.

Ingredients to be mixed in a bowl

  • 1 teaspoon of facial-quality clay

  • ½ teaspoon of powdered milk

  • 1 teaspoon of instant oat-meal or oat flour

  • 2 teaspoons of honey

  • 1 teaspoon of avocado oil or olive oil

  • Add enough water to make a paste, and add

  • 2 drops of frankincense essential oil

  • 2 drops of lavender, rose, or neroli essential oils

Mix well and apply the paste evenly to your face. Do not let it make contact with the eyes.

Let the mask stay on your face for ten minutes. Lie down while the mask is on, and lift up your feet a little. Soak eye pads with water and use them to cover your eyes while you lay down.

Permit it to stay for ten minutes, and wash face off with tepid water, and apply a cool water splash to the face. Apply this remedy, two to four times in a month for the best result.

    Forehead massage oils

This massaging remedy is good for the forehead

  • Get a 1 ounce base oil of sesame or almond

  • Add 2 drops each of geranium and sandalwood essential oils, and one drop each of cardamom and lemon oils

Gently massage your forehead with your fingers, using horizontal strokes. This will nourish and energize the skin.

Do this once a day for 4 minutes.

    Honey, vinegar and egg

Here is one of the simple remedies for the best wrinkle treatment.

Add 1 teaspoon each of honey and vinegar to one lightly beaten egg white.

Pat this solution onto your clean face, and neck, and allow it to dry.

Rinse off with cool water later. Repeat this remedy quite often for a youthful skin and skin care.

Heavy cream is a whipping cream with a fat content of between 30% and 40%.

Apply the content to your clean face and massage it into the wrinkles, fold, lines, and your neck with your fingers.

Let it stay on for about 25 minutes and splash off with tepid water.

Repeat this remedy regularly for fine results. It is also good for anti-aging.
