Mix equal parts of mint, chamomile and tag alder. Put 1 ounce of the mixture in 1 pint of water and boil for about 15 minutes. Strain and drink half cup 3 times a day.

Boil 100g seaweed to eat every day. Sea weed can be found in most big grocery stores. Asian stores would be the best place to get fresh ones.
