No More Vaginal Itching And Odor

 

Both vaginal itching and vaginal burning can be traced to vaginitis. There is a mucous membrane that lines your vagina. When it is inflamed it causes vaginitis.

The common causes for this are:

  • Too much growth of yeast or candida in the vagina

  • Bacterial vaginosis due to excess growth of vaginal bacteria

  • A disease called Trichomoniasis which is imparted sexually

  • Allergic response to vaginal products that are not contagious

    Vaginitis is common to many women. It’s an undesirable situation that demands good attention.

      Beside Itchy vagina, there are other symptoms of vaginitis which include vaginal discomfort and pains, pain with intercourse, discharge that looks like cheese, and unpleasant vaginal odor.

     

    Vaginitis may be caused by factors such as sexually transmitted disease, antibiotic, birth control pill, food allergy, improper eating habits, antibiotic, hormonal instability, and too much douching.

     

    Natural home remedies for vaginitis

    Pomegranate douche for vaginal itching

    When you experience a fishy odor, soreness and itching, put a tbsp of dry rind of pomegranate in two cups of boiling water and allow it to soak for a few minutes. Sieve it and use it for douching.

    Saffron remedy for vaginitis

    Saffron is a strong solution for vaginitis. Add a few (about 10 threads) to one cup of boiling water, and allow the water to reduce to ½ cup.

    Drink 4 teaspoons of the content daily for five days, and observe how it helps you.

    Another remedy is to boil 2 saffron threads in a cup of water and add a tablespoon of water to it. Allow it boil until the content is reduced to half.

    Drink half of it everyday to treat discharges, burnings, and irritations, and vaginal itching. Store the rest in the fridge, for next day usage.

    Aloe leaf with honey remedy

    Buy pure aloe leaf juice and add some honey to it. Drink about 3 tbsp of the juice for a week and see what it does for you.

    Ladyfinger cure

    Some ladies have experienced good results with ladyfinger. Add about 10 tbsp of ladyfinger to 2 cups of boiling water for about 25 minutes.

    Sieve the content and add some sugar to the liquid. Drink ½ cup at frequent intervals for treating vaginal itching.

    Henna remedy

    It is a lot easier for those in Asia to find this herb. Henna has so many healing qualities including treatment for vaginitis.

    Grind some fresh leaves of henna, squeeze out the juice and drink a tbsp of it 2 times daily for vaginal treatment.

    Do not eat any food before drinking it. After you eat lunch, wait for about 5 hours before drinking it again.

    The recommended period for taking this is 10 days.

    You may prepare a suppository with henna seeds and leaves and place it within the vagina for leukorrhea, and burning treatments.  

    Extract juice from fresh henna leaves and take a tablespoon twice a day.

    Take one on empty stomach in the morning, and another, 4-6 hours after lunch. Take this for ten days to cure symptoms of vaginitis.

    You can also place vaginal suppositories made of the leaves and seeds of the henna tree within the vagina for leukorrhea, and burning treatments.

    Asparagus juice treatment

      Get a juicer and juice some quantity of asparagus roots. Drink one tbsp of the juice in the morning and another in the evening, for 15 days to address vaginitis and vaginal yeast infection.

     

    Other remedies

    Lactobacillus acidophilus

    Lactobacilli are bacteria that normally live in the human small intestine and vagina, where they protect against "bad" bacteria that can cause disease.

    Insert a capsule in the vagina each evening and cover with a pad overnight. Repeat for seven days for acute vaginitis infection.

    Boric acid

    Insert 600mg capsule in vagina each morning and evening and cover with pad, for seven days for serious infections.

    For chronic infections, repeat the process for 2-4 weeks.

    Vitamin E oil

    Use vitamin E oil for the external surface of vagina to stave off burning discomfort.

     

    Homeopathy remedy

    Pick the remedy that best matches your symptoms.

  • For acute vaginal infection, take 30C potency 4 times daily

  • For chronic vaginal infection, take a 6x, 12x, 6C, 12C, or 30C potency, two times daily for 2 weeks. Stop when you see a result.

    Calcarea Carbonica

    Calcarea Carbonica is good for women experiencing burning and vagina itching and/ or after menstrual period.

    Women who need this remedy are usually, overweight, chilly, and crave sweets, eggs, and milk. They become easily tired and overwhelmed.

    Kali Bichomium
